Long lines for its breakfast specials every single Saturday morning meant that something had to give, and now Revival Market is offering breakfast seven days a week. This doesn't mean that its special batches of kolaches won't still sell out on the weekends, nor does it mean that you won't still have to get there early on those Saturdays when the market sells its special bagels and smoked salmon. But it does mean that you'll be able to have scrambled eggs and salumi with a flat white from Revival's well-staffed coffee bar.

Starting today, Revival Market will be offering a short but sweet menu of three breakfast plates and three breakfast sandwiches as well as its Saturday standard meal of steel-cut oatmeal, house-made yogurt and granola.

Weekday breakfast service runs from 7 to 10:30 a.m. and Sunday breakfast service runs a little later, from 8 to 11 a.m. And as with every Saturday, look for breakfast specials such as Revival's signature Green Eggs & Ham.

The main breakfast plate (pictured above) at Revival is $9.95 and comes with sunny-side-up yard eggs, house-made sausage, toast, seasonal jam and butter. Steel-cut oatmeal with fresh fruit, brown sugar and milk is $4.95, as is the granola and yogurt combo.

The breakfast sandwich menu is where things get interesting, starting with a $4.95 buttermilk biscuit sandwich with scrambled eggs, country ham and Cheddar cheese. A croissant sandwich for $2 more gets you scrambled eggs with turkey and arugula. And the biggest, baddest breakfast sandwich features Revival Market's rightly famous house-made salumi along with a fried egg, brown butter aioli, and mixed greens on a fluffy challah bun for $7.95.

In addition to coffee, Revival Market always has freshly-squeezed orange juice in the mornings, so you can make a full meal out of it. And the way the weather has been acting lately, breakfast is the best time to enjoy Revival's patio and watch the traffic trickle by on tree-shaded Heights Boulevard. They're on their way to work and you're sprawled out eating yard eggs and homemade sausage. Lucky you.
